This beautifully renovated apartment features a stunning new kitchen with oak worktops, modern appliances, and charming original features. This double-height space showcases exposed original oak beams, blending character with contemporary comfort.

The open-plan lounge and dining area is the perfect place to relax, with modern furnishings, a smart TV for your entertainment and a dining table for 4.

Includes Wi-Fi to ensure you're always connected, and there's plenty to keep the whole family entertained.

Electric cooker & hob, fridge freezer, coffee machine, dishwasher, WiFi, Samsung The Frame Art TV, hairdryer, iron & ironing board, bed linen and towels.

Children aged 7 and above are welcome. Due to the steep staircase leading into the property, No.3 may not be suitable for guests with accessibility or mobility needs.

Our apartment does not have any street or off street parking.

The No.3 Apartment is a no smoking property and sadly we do not allow pets.

Parking

Sadly we do not offer parking, however there are several long-stay car parks conveniently located in Fowey:

Main Car Park – Hanson Drive, Fowey, PL23 1EW

Caffa Mill Car Park – 29 Station Road, Fowey, PL23 1DF

Passage Lane Long – Stay Car Park – Fowey, PL23 1DY

We recommend driving through the centre of Fowey to drop off your luggage at the apartment before proceeding to one of the nearby long-stay car parks.

Is the apartment suitable for wheelchair users or for guests with mobility issues?

No.3 Apartment is not suitable for wheelchair users or guests with limited mobility or difficulty navigating stairs, due to the steep entrance staircase.

Children Under 7

Due to the limited space in the entrance hall, we do not recommend Number 3 Apartment for children under the age of 7 as the area lacks sufficient storage and accessibility for prams and cots.

Can I check-in earlier or check-out later?

We want to ensure No.3 is perfectly prepared for your stay, so check-in is from 3:00 PM on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 10:00 AM on the day of departure.

If there are no guests arriving or departing on the same day, we’re happy to offer earlier check-in or later check-out whenever possible. Feel free to get in touch a few days before your arrival, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
