No. 3 Custom House Hill was purchased in 2024 with one concept in mind:
Shop at No. 3 and Stay at No. 3.

The store opened in June 2024, offering classic coastal clothing along with light bites and refreshing drinks to take away.

Renovations on the first-floor flat began in January 2025. From the ruins of a derelict building, we have created something truly special. During the renovation, we uncovered a few treasures — including old oak beams made from ship masts, and an 18th-century wall panel that had been sandwiched between two walls. It now stands proudly in the master bedroom. The original open fireplace has been restored with a rebuilt chimney and a new cosy log burner, making No. 3 a wonderful place to stay all year round.
